Misty Mountains Tour

Experience the best of Cochin and Munnar in this 4-day tour. On Day 1, explore Fort Cochin and its architectural wonders, including Boghatty Palace and Mattancherry Palace. Visit the Chinese fishing nets, Fort Cochin Beach, and Jew Shopping Street. On Day 2, travel to Munnar and stop by Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Blossom Park, and Pothamedu viewpoint. Enjoy the beauty of Munnar’s tea plantations and pleasant climate. Day 3 is dedicated to Munnar sightseeing, with visits to Photo Point, Echo Point, Tata Tea Museum, and Mattupetty Dam. Explore Rajamala and witness the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. On Day 4, return to Cochin and, if time permits, go shopping before heading to the airport or railway station.

Itinerary

Day 1 :
Cochin Exploration

Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport, our escort will greet you and transfer you to your Hotel/Resort. After check-in, start your sightseeing tour by visiting Fort Cochin, known for its European and British architectural styles. Explore Boghatty Palace on Bolgatty Island and the historic Mattancherry Palace. In the evening, visit the famous Chinese fishing nets (known as CHEENA VALA in Malayalam), Fort Cochin Beach, and the Jew Shopping Street before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 2 :
Cochin to Munnar(122km)

After breakfast, depart for Munnar via Neriamangalam Bridge. Enroute, stop to visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Blossom Park, and Pothamedu viewpoint. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Munnar, once the summer capital of the British Government in India, captivates visitors with its extensive tea plantations and pleasant climate throughout the year. Enjoy an evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 3 :
Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Photo Point, Echo Point, Tata Tea Museum, and Mattupetty Dam, where speed boating facilities are available. Explore Rajamala, home to the endangered mountain goat, Nilgiri Tahr. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 4 :
Departure from Cochin

Morning after breakfast, drive back to Cochin. If time allows, indulge in some shopping. Later, proceed to Cochin International Airport/Railway Station for your return journey. The tour concludes with cherished memories.
